America's Emergency Network Teams with Hughes – Emergency Communications Network Service to be Delivered over HughesNet®

Miami, Fl. & Germantown, Md., July 17, 2008—America's Emergency Network, Inc. (AEN), a wholly owned subsidiary of Brampton Crest International, Inc. (OTCBB: BRCI), today announced that it has entered into an agreement with Hughes Network Systems, LLC, wholly owned subsidiary of Hughes Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: HUGH), under which Hughes will provide the broadband satellite backbone of AEN's pioneering satellite-video-Internet emergency communications network using HughesNet service, powered by the new SPACEWAY™ 3 satellite system.

Combining AEN's expertise with Hughes' state-of-the-art Ka-band satellite system will enable AEN to transmit up to three simultaneous video streams originating from any location in the United States, southern Canada, Puerto Rico, and several major Latin American cities.

These side-by-side-by-side video streams will provide high-resolution video suitable for television outlets; video that can be fed directly to publicly available web pages; and in the future, video that will be sent directly to cell phones, PDAs, and other mobile devices.

This will enable emergency managers and other officials to instantly transmit to the public—and each other—vital, real-time emergency information through a wide variety of means.

In that exercise, AEN was the first Hughes customer to use SPACEWAY 3 in a real-world emergency preparedness situation. AEN and Florida's Division of Emergency Management, widely recognized as a national leader in the field, signed a Memorandum of Understanding that will allow news briefings held at the state emergency operations center to be distributed through AEN's new emergency communications system.
